What to send us

• Your item list, or photos of each room
• Both addresses, with the floor numbers
• Stairs, walk-ups, lift changes, and how far the truck can park from the building
• Anything that needs taking apart, packing or taking away
• Your moving date and time

What your fixed price covers

• The crew, the truck and transport
• Furniture wrapping (included with every move)
• The packing boxes you need
• Disassembly and reassembly you've asked for
• Furniture take-away you've asked for

Why the price stays fixed

Your price is based on what you tell us, so it's agreed before moving day and there are no hidden fees and no tips. Changes on the day, like extra items or stairs we weren't told about, may cost extra.

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is paid before or when the move is finished, by bank transfer, PayMe, FPS or cash. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Terms
