It depends on your items, the two addresses and access, so we don't publish a price list. WhatsApp us your item list or photos, both addresses and your date, and we'll send you a free, fixed price before moving day.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price we agree before moving day is the price you pay, with no hidden fees and no tips. It's based on what you tell us, so mention stairs, walk-ups, lift changes, long carries from the truck and every item. Changes on the day, like extra items or stairs we weren't told about, may cost extra.
Do I need to tip the movers?
No. There are no tips on top of your fixed price.
Is furniture wrapping included?
Yes. Furniture wrapping is included with every move.
Do you supply packing boxes?
Yes. We supply boxes. Tell us roughly how many you need when you ask for a quote.
Can you pack for me?
Yes. You can pack yourself with the boxes we supply, or ask for our packing service when you ask for a quote.
Do you take furniture apart and put it back together?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, tables, desks, cabinets and shelves. Some flat-pack and older wooden furniture may not reassemble as well as before, so we can't guarantee those, and we'll tell you if a piece looks risky.
Can you take away furniture I don't want?
Yes, during your move, together with our sister company Junk Removal HK. List the items when you ask for a quote so we can plan for them.
Do your movers speak English?
Yes. Our crew speaks fluent English, and Cantonese too.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, including Discovery Bay.
What are your hours?
8am to 10pm, every day. You can WhatsApp us any day to ask for a quote.
Do you move offices?
Yes. Offices, shops and studios, planned around your working hours and your building's rules.
Do you do small moves or single items?
Yes. A single sofa, a few boxes or a studio flat. Send a photo and both addresses for a fixed price.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Every move includes damage cover up to HK$2,000. Please point out any damage to our crew before they leave.
How do I book?
WhatsApp us on +852 9501 9297 for a free quote. Once you're happy with the fixed price, your date is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, PayMe, FPS or cash. The balance is paid before or when the move is finished.
Will you contact me before you arrive?
Yes. Our crew will call or WhatsApp you before arriving on moving day.
Do I need to book the lift with my building?
Yes, please arrange lift and loading access with your building management for both addresses in advance, and tell us about any rules.
What should I keep with me on moving day?
Cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables. Please keep them with you rather than in the boxes.
Do you do air-con, electrical or cleaning work?
No. We don't do air-con or electrical work, renovation, repairs or cleaning. Alongside moving, we do offer painting and light demolition.
Can I cancel or change my moving date?
Please tell us as early as you can. Please note the deposit is non-refundable, including if you cancel. Date changes and late cancellations are covered in our terms, and we'll go through them with you when you book.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is non-refundable. Paying it confirms your booking and your date.
Do you do painting?
Yes. We repaint interior and exterior walls and ceilings for homes and offices, and you can choose the paint brand. We don't do spray painting. WhatsApp us for a free on-site quote.
Do you do demolition?
Yes, light demolition only: removing fitted furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving and non-structural partitions, with the debris taken away. We don't do structural work.
